Residences range from one bedroom to penthouse, priced from the $600s to over $4M.

Cabana 1 (Building 1) is sold out, with occupancy anticipated in Q4 2026. Cabana 2 (Building 2) is the new building now taking reservations.
Building 2 offers residences from one bedroom to penthouse. Homes start on the ground floor, which also holds the lobby and a commercial space, and the penthouses are on the sixth and seventh floors. Both buildings are part of the same resort and share its amenities.
Owners can join a voluntary leaseback program run by Spire Hospitality. The leaseback option provides a return equal to 10% of the purchase price each year, and operating expenses such as condo and HOA fees, taxes, internet and cable are covered. Loan payments are not covered.
Spire Hospitality, the developer's preferred rental management company, with extensive condo-hotel experience. Spire handles day-to-day operations, including bookings, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and guest services, and provides transparent quarterly reporting to owners.
