Spire Hospitality handles all operations: bookings, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and guest services. Your only job is to enjoy your time there.
The leaseback option provides a rental equal to 10% of the purchase price. Operating expenses — HOA, taxes, utilities, cable — are covered by the program. Loan payments on the unit are not covered.
