Building 2 offers one-bedroom residences (Unit A, 1,072 sq ft), two-bedroom residences (Unit B, 1,665 sq ft), three-bedroom residences (Units C and D, 2,152 to 2,392 sq ft) and five-bedroom penthouses (4,900 sq ft). The Upper Penthouse adds a 4,300 sq ft private rooftop terrace.

A lock-off is a hotel-style suite inside your residence, with its own bathroom and a door that closes it off from the rest of the home. That lets the residence be rented as one large suite, or as two separate units to earn more.
The two-bedroom, three-bedroom and penthouse residences each include a lock-off suite, and the penthouses include two.
Yes. With a lock-off residence you can stay in the main part of your home while the lock-off suite is rented to resort guests, so your residence keeps earning while you enjoy it.

Building 2 offers residences from one bedroom to penthouse. Homes start on the ground floor, which also holds the lobby and a commercial space, and the penthouses are on the sixth and seventh floors. Both buildings are part of the same resort and share its amenities.
